Can I place an order online?
Yes, all orders that are placed online will be processed. We are currently moving away from using online credit card processing for security reasons. If you place an order, a representative from Richmark Medical will contact you by phone to secure payment information.
Does Richmark Medical offer free shipping?
On most local orders, Richmark Medical offers free freight. For bulk shipments and distance shipping, please contact a Richmark Medical representative to develop a customized freight plan.
How long has your company been in business?
Richmark Medical has been providing individuals and physicians alike with high quality medical supplies since 1980. We have been family owned and operated for three generations and remain committed to finding solutions to your supply needs.
Does Richmark Medical bill my insurance or Medicare?
Richmark Medical is not authorized to bill private insurance companies, Medicare, or Medicaid. We are solely a provider of medical supplies.
What is your return policy?
Orders from Richmark Medical are non-returnable. If an item was shipped incorrectly or damaged in shipment, please notify us within five days of receipt so the correct merchandise can be sent.
What payment methods are accepted?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. You may also call a Richmark Medical representative with questions at 800-882-8889.
Once I place an order, how long until I receive it?
Generally, orders will be in transit within one business day. Orders for non-stock items will be in transit within three to five business days.
What are your hours of operation?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. A Richmark Medical representative can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm central standard time.
